OLD MAN LUNCH

The other night I had a-what should I call it – a protracted psychotic night that I could not escape from.

Recently, Mark and I went to Canada for our annual ski trip. We were headed back to Revelstoke with stops at three other resorts as well.  

My patience has a short fuse now as well, and I can get angry or distressed for no reason at all. 

 In these habitats I feel the thrum of energy and life and can forget for long moments that I am sliding down a path of loss and disability.
